Welcome to the Straitjacket Society
Straitjacket Society is proud to have had a strong presence at the Cricket Feet Actors Showcase on April 22nd and 23rd at the fabulous Colony Theatre in Burbank. Attended by almost 700 people, including hundreds of industry members, three SJS company members, Alex Collins, Josh Fingerhut and Nikki Reyes performed to two sold out nights in a row. Just as important, the writing talent of SJS company members Michael Proctor (two scenes), Patrick McCullough, Michelle Luchese, and Jennie Roberson were also on display. In fact, His and Hers and Divorce Court, both scenes by Michael Proctor, bookended the show as the opener and closer. At the end of the two nights, the industry attendees vote on their favorite actor and actress for the showcase. The best actor, Thomas Mann, played a character in His and Hers and best actress, Jewel Greenburg, was featured alongside SJS company member Josh Fingerhut. So, all in all, SJS had a great showing at this incredibly well attended industry Showcase.

All shows are at the Sierra Stages, 1444 N. Sierra Bonita Avenue (just south of Sunset, about 5 blocks west of La Brea).
There is some street parking, limited lot parking, or even valet parking at Cheebo or El Compadre.
**Do NOT park in the liquor store parking lot adjacent to the theatre. You will be towed at your own expense**
All shows are $10.00 (or 2 shows the same evening for $15.00). Cash only. For tickets, please call 323-769-5575; Be sure to mention which cast member you are coming to see. Beer, wine and water are available for a small suggested donation.
